About Peter

An entrepreneur and systems builder who develops ventures, platforms and programmes by doing the work — designing the model, building the system and running the operation.

I am Peter Narh Angmortey. I build businesses, systems and programmes. My work is practical: I identify a problem worth solving, design a model around it, build the systems required to run it, and document the operating detail so it can be repeated by other people.

Most of that work happens through the Big Uncle Ecosystem. Big Uncle Consult focuses on opportunity creation, education pathways and institutional engagement. Big Uncle Technologies is the technology arm, and BUTOS — the founder operating system I use to manage companies, projects, opportunities and daily work — is one project inside it. Big Uncle Wash Factory is a laundry infrastructure venture in development, designed around standardised baskets, scheduled collection, route density and clear operating procedures. Future.Ready?, by Big Uncle Consult, is a structured entrepreneurship and future-readiness programme built around 12 missions.

My strongest contribution is turning broad intent into structure: converting an objective into workstreams, pricing and capacity logic, SOPs, pilots and measurable progress. I work with AI-assisted development as a normal part of building, which lets me move from concept to a working system quickly and then refine it against real operating constraints.

I am not an expert in everything, and I do not present myself that way. What I offer is demonstrated capability across entrepreneurship, technology and systems, project and operations management, education and programme development, and opportunity and institutional development — visible in the work itself.
